Exciting new Lokahi Foundation website launched!
We decided to launch a new website for a number of different reasons, we felt the navigation of our old website was too simple and out-dated. There were no zones that could have been a focal point for a project or campaign and no place to engage visitors with accessible, multimedia content. The content management system (CMS) was also out-dated and difficult to use on a regular basis.
If the CMS were more flexible and the navigation improved and aligned with our organisational objectives and the needs of our audience, it was hoped the website would speak more to the positive social impact we have in the communities we work within.
We wanted to tell our stories through accessible copy and vibrant images and, at a later point with multimedia content. We also sought to launch a refined brand identity that has a visual metaphor for the mission of the organisation.
We hope you find the website useful and engaging.
